They're still clinging, even though the figure is well down on the initial, preposterous 30k figure, to the line that forged tickets caused the chaos. All evidence is actually pointing to malware and untrained operatives in the ticket scanning system, with valid tickets that didn't scan STILL being counted as forgeries, even if people still got in on them four or five scans later. Bottom line is, they still only have an actual handful of forged tickets that they confiscated - absolutely nothing more than any major European final outside the Covid Era.
