I have noticed recently that eggs have thinner shells . My theory is free range hens are now kept inside because of bird flu and they are missing vitamin D from the sun. Out of the last 5 boiled eggs I cooked 3 of them split and blow white foam out of the hole . You can't do anything other than bin them . Fried eggs seem to spread out rather than staying a tight circle. I'm writing to my local MP about this
