Love the man, he often talks drivel in the full knowledge that nobody on the opposition can counter it. Never (will adjust to rarely in case someone post a pic from history) see him with a prepared speech or list of possible answers to questions in his hand, goes on the fly and loses people so easily.
You are probably right, the man has **** all to say but takes up page after page breaking up conversations.
