I'll not be losing sleep over any of it. I said I didn't think the kid looked good enough. I said once he ****ed us about in Jan that we should move on. Chaos obviously wanted the club to continue their pursuit of him and said so on numerous occasions. He felt the club should continue it's efforts to complete the deal regardless of what looked like him/agent taking the piss and regardless of what a few of us on here were saying. That was his opinion, he was entitled to it. My concern was he would turn out to be like Cabella and Thauvin.

My preference for a RW/Striker hybrid would have been Barbossa, mentioned him a few times. Not sure he will have the mental traits/personality traits Howe will want but I dare say that's what is being checked out by Nickson at the moment saying as that's where he is.

I'm pleased he never signed, Chaos is pleased he signed for what he considers an "elite team". I don't class a team that's never won the champions league and only claim to fame is by dominating a poor French league, with a smaller attendance than what we had in the championship "much bigger" than us.

Yes they have much better players, yes they will continue to dominate French football, Will they win the Champions league? I have my doubts.

My honest opinion is this kid will turn out to be like Kennedy at Chelsea, he'll be thrown out for loan after loan and in a year or 2 will be unheard of playing for some team like FC Lorient. Time will tell.

I said if he signed for PSG I would tip my hat to Chaos, If he signs for them I will.
