He's just going to rock up for a session of political grandstanding, in which he'll deliver a one-way, Diego-like rant, and plead the fifth to any questions asked. He and his lawyers will eek out his case for the next two years until the next (Republican, unfortunately) president issues a pardon, a-la-Roger Stone.
