American politics is still utterly obsessed with Trump. Democrats think it's still a fertile furrow to plough while everything else spins out of control. They'll inadvertently enable him running again.

I've no idea what's going on in America tbh ...

... I think most people are just sick of Johnson's grinning face and want to know who's going to sort this mess out.

Prices are going up, energy bills are crazy, people are on strike, the airports are total chaos and the whole country feels down.

Johnson is already in the past in my head, he's been an absolute disaster and still blaming everyone but himself.

After sacking Gove I really worry he'll pull another ridiculous stunt, remember this is the man who prorogued Parliament to get his own way.

When he was a little boy. Bonko told everyone he wanted to "rule the world" I think he still is that little boy.

Sums up his personality, like his headmaster said in his final report that he doesn't expect normal rules to apply to himself. Totally flawed, sacked from multiple jobs for lying and at least 6 kids to different women. Awful man.

Ironically it's all of those characteristics that appeals to some who admire him.

Is Corbyn anti sematic ,this was used by his opponents on the right of both parties to serve their own interests. The lie was repeated so loud and often, it became fact, and Corbyn suffered the consequences, as we have done since imo.

Not knowing Corbyn personally I do not know if he is antisemitic.

What is fairly certain is he is pro Palestine. Also what is also certain is, often to counter those that support Palestine, the Israelis portray them as antisemitic.

He never was anti Semitic Clocky, just like he didn’t carry the coffin at Bobby Sands funeral but it didn’t stop the media claiming he did and people believing the media claims.
His politics are naive and ideological and as far removed from the core labour voter as any Conservative government is, but he genuinely campaigns against atrocities and oppression throughout the world

I don’t think Corbyn is but there are an unhealthy scattering among the left obsessed weasels he and his mates attract. Weird thing for me is the agreed with many policies I just can’t stand the people involved

Just want to throw a couple of points out there in relation to the new Tory leader which is strangely maybe a defence of Johnson. The new people seem to be talking about reducing the state ie services and reducing taxation.
1 In the context of hugely increasing mental ill health, levels of violence, financial crisis, health backlog etc etc what services are they proposing to reduce the state
2 If they limit the number of lower/ middle people who benefit from financial support during this economic / inflation crisis, will they also then limit the numbers of high income people who will benefit from lower taxation? In short we need the money so will they make sure the highest earners pay more not save more ?
it’s always struck me that at the root of Conservatism is a drive towards financial inequality

The next PM will instantly be the worst PM ever and it'll continue without a pause. Everything will be linked back to Johnson of course, tinfoil hat stylee. That's how it works.
I used to think that Trump Derangement Syndrome was a bit of fun and didn't really exist, but it's happened here.
