I was looking at the 5 x deadwoods thread and one of the other headlines on that page was that Spurs are going to put a £10m. bid in for Catts.

    Let's hope we keep him.

It's probably rubbish but if not, should we sell (or swap, with Palacios being mentioned)

ah the freedom of the press another useless story, 10 million for a crocked player,
maybe when he's up and running and back to his best old saggy chops may come in,
the likes of catts are the future of safc, look at how much we miss him now, bruce wont sell (hopefully)

We must keep him as I can't see a replacement within the squad as the last few games have shown;what would it cost to replace him with a player of similar ability?

Bruce won't sell Cattermole, and i think Cattermole is happy to remain in the north east.

He'll be here for many years yet in my opinion, possibly his whole career.

    Paper bollocks.

catts is worth double that when fit and on form, if we can sort his fitness out we should make him top paid player at the club imo

I think Bruce might not be as reluctant to let him go as some of you think. He really rates Meyler. If DM comes back fit and strong he may prefer to keep him and cash in on Clatter 'em all.

Geordie Boot Boy - go to your own board and play with the other turds

I've said it before, Catts has an England shirt on his back if he could just reign in some of his more enthusiastic challenges

    Ha ha haaaaa!

I love it when the mags get some good performances out of a new signing. Suddenly he's the best thing ever and the stuff they come up with is hilarious. Ben Arfa was better than anything we had before he got injured, apparently, on the back of what? A few good games??

Tiote's started well for sure, but come back when he's (a) kept it up for a few seasons and (b) not walked out to a bigger offer. A bright start at a new club doesn't make him a legend just yet...
