Rot had set in on the pitch which likely took hold elsewhere first so rebuilding was likely the only option, the best one at least IMO. I'm feeling very positive about the trajectory at the moment. Haven't felt this good for a new phase, perhaps ever. Doesn't feel like we are losing anything fantastic like we did back in 2017/2018, this feels wholly positive.

****ing hell I don't know what I am going to do. Once upon a time I could recognise and name all of our players but now I don't recognise most of them let alone name them.
think I saw on twitter that it’s Kegs Chauke. Forgot about him if I’m honest. The u18s & B teams both had decent campaigns and I feel the club should make more of a song and dance about younger players being part of the senior side, even if they mainly get more game time with the Bs still. Just seems right to celebrate their progression.
With Leipzig and Villareal, we face 2 opponents who excelled in Europe last season. Both games will be good tests.
