But as soon as it looked like Arsenal might be interested, he became inconsistent and replaceable
Those rumours have been there's for ages Ponks ... along with the one that he's signing a one year contract extension... the one that says he would choose Spurs over Arsenal (if given a choice) and the one that a move to Manchester United is what he has always dreamt of ...
The club meanwhile have stated that there have been no offers for him ...

Has 12 months to run in his current contract ... hence the Press are speculating that we would sell him on the cheap ... wouldn't bet on it.
Rumoured recently that he could be about to sign a one year contract extension ... that would automatically put his asking price up but could mean we'd sell in January ... who knows... rumours are after all ... rumours .. Ponks ignores the ones he doesn't like but thinks the ones he does are gospel
