He got off pretty lightly at PMQs I thought. A ridiculous amount of grandstanding going on on all sides. Stand up, ask your question, sit the **** down. We don't need a song and dance number.
This 1922 Committee malarkey is a bit daft. Surely all the letters of no confidence are a vote of no confidence ... ... not to mention his colleagues quitting in protest.
Starmer must be in pieces, as Bonko is seemingly on the way out, his chances of winning the next election diminish.
It's clear Johnson is a liar who is also incredibly arrogant and patronising ... ... what's surprising, but welcome, is how many MPs are saying he's incompetent. He seems to believe his personality is more important than everything else ... it's not.
Sitting round the bar / pool on the cold beers in 34oC and having a quick look at twitter. Glorious to see the rats leave. I though BJ may have rode this out. No chance now.
While it's all a good chuckle now, what we have to remember is that everyone directly involved - the Tories, Labour, all of Westminster, facilitated the chain of events that led us here. Leading all the way back to the campaigning for the Brexit vote. Until the system changes this is going to keep happening, with fewer and fewer competent and decent people getting the top job. The electorate needs to change too imho. Voting for a rosette colour rather than a person is a massive contributory factor, allowing all manner of dodgepots into Parliament.
Or, a skin as think as a rhino's and an ego which demands he will cling to power as long as he can and sod everyone else. Nothing to do with being a president of a country which is being invaded by Russia
The new chancellor, Zahawi, is going to stick the knife in! . Been in the job less than 24hrs and wants Boris gone.
