    'In hindsight' <doh>

    How Johnson loves that word.

Having known all of the facts, at that time, it's only looking back that removing a sex pest from the party was the right thing to do ... really?

When your boss 'forgets' that there's a predatory abuser in the office your first thought would be that he's of the same ilk and probably likes having a decoy around.

IF the Tory Party fails to get rid of this incompetant clown NOW, then they deserve to lose the next Election, and by the same sort of margin that Corbin contrived to give them in the first place.

A worrying, but I'd hope unnecessary thought. The way society is going , respect falling, ignoring the law, younger generation( including the so called more intelligent students) feeling entitled and unaccountable, should we expect that what is going on now will be a feature of all future governments ?

Don't you start as well :emoticon-0105-wink:

Nadhim Zahawi just used that phrase to excuse everything from the economy to Chris Pincher <laugh>

When we're in such chaos that countries like Italy and Greece appear stable we know we're going wrong somewhere.

For a Prime Minister to say he was not aware of something. Then for a Prime Minister to say that he was told about it but had forgotten about it. Its like a school kid trying to worm his way out of detention. Even if true (it isnt) that in itself is a reason to resign. What other things of such gravity could he simply forget about? It seems rather than risk the country seeing him as the **** that we know he is he'd rather spend his time continuing trying to convince us that he is merely an idiot. He has now managed to confirm that he is in fact both on such a grand scale, a scale that even those within his own party cant ignore anymore.

Still enough of them do though, enough for them to cling onto power, how they must envy Putin's Russia. Now there's a thought .

I'm sure they dont. One wrong word and they'd risk getting a dose of Novichok in their morning Darjeeling.

That's what should be done. However, when did someone come from the backbenches to be PM?

Whoever comes in next is likely to be a Cabinet member. There's only Wallace I can think of who's not clearly a nutter, and even then...

When you look at the likes of Raab it's frightening.

I've never known such a volatile situation.

The Tories have put all their eggs in one basket ...

    ... and it's falling apart.

Someone senior needs to step in and get a grip.

Hopefully not one of the grasping ego maniacs like Rees-Mogg or Raab.

I'd even go for Gove, as a temporary stand in, and I actually hate the man.

At least he has some kind of respect in the party, Johnson has none.

I'm sure they do, with no free press, and constant brainwashing ,who would know apart from the victims.

I did like the Tory backbenchers question to Bonko "Are there ANY circumstances that would cause you to resign?" <laugh>
