Remember to say thank you for the donations to party funds. Step 4. Ignore the serious warnings from experts about the disease carried in polluted water. Step 5. Spend money on notices telling people not to swim in polluted water. Step 6. Set up reading lessons for the wildlife and fish that live by the rivers.
You may like him or loath him, but Steve Bray, the guy with the banners and placards who pops up behind ministers being interviewed, is now in danger of imprisonment. What he protests about is beside the point, but as of today he has been told by the police that his human rights and his right to protest have been superseded by the 2022 act. There it is in black and white. Protest is now illegal, just like China, North Korea, and Russia.
I'm not sure if the term 'Wally' is gender neutral, but if there's a need for a female equivalent, I suggest the name Truss is the leading contender.

Two more resigned this morning - Will Quince and Laura Trott. Have lost track of how many that makes - but I suspect that pretty soon there won't be any rats left to leave the sinking ship.
