I wouldn't mind, but they telegraphed this **** yesterday. If Bodger had any sense then he'd have resigned and got ahead of it.
As much as I am delighted to see this bin fire of a government going down the ****ter we should not be fooled that there will be some kind of Tory saviour coming over the horizon, the next lot will be intent on selling off the NHS and feathering the nests of their old school chums just like what went before them , we have Mogg talking about Boris being PM for the next 20 yrs , Dorries being 100 % behind him and now Steve Barclay is Health Secretary ffs
The best thing that can happen is that 'Bodger' digs in and makes the party remove him from No 10, fighting them every step of the way. That will create a state of civil war in their ranks, which will still exist at the next election.
The worst thing would be if he goes ' with dignity' (yes, I know..) and somehow the Tories wrap up all his so called successes and select a lower profile candidate not directly tainted by the last 3 years - like Hammond. That way they could well hang on to power ....
Priti Patel for Chancellor surely? She seems like a natural successor to Hitler, who held the title from 1933 to 1945
