I know there was something a while back, where it's alleged that Piskie was trying to influence the forfeit of a bet, to which Fosse took umbrage. Maybe it's that still rolling on.
yeah it’s possible….been going on for a while…you know what Ponkie like…type a guy who would quiz Hiags grave about some bet they made in 2016 and how he still owes him a few months of it.
Saw these events in person. Was a sad day. While plonkywonks isnt always a reliable source, on this he is right. Fosse was a bottlejob. This. Bet was Arsenal v Lesta winner chooses the avatar for the loser. Usual rules. And as per those rules the winner can ask the not606 community for suggestions for that avatar (a long held bantz tradition) as long as the eventual decision is theirs I.e they can pick one of the suggestions, thus the winner chooses the avatar. On this occasion, I actually had an avatar already lined up for Flossy, but I knew he’d flip his lid if I asked somebody like Munse for a suggestion. So I did. And right on cue Flossy threw his toys out of the pram, starting claiming it meant the bet was null and void and bottled it. So Flossy is wrong on both counts as: 1. Suggestions can be sought 2. I’d already chosen the avatar anyway Now, had Flossy stipulated in our bet that the avatar must be chosen by the winner and no suggestions from anybody else could be sought, then he’d have a case. But he didn’t. So basically he’s ****ed
