Typical, Adams wasn't impressing me, Camara I thought Okay and Sinisterra I thought that was an exciting gamble. Is Jesse signing players he knows and players who know him because he trusts them or is he clueless and just trying to recreate something that worked in a **** division?
adams played for him at Leipzig the other two at Salzburg. Roca and sinisterra have never worked with him. Aaronson was coming anyway. He may or may not prove clueless but I think the answer to your question is fairly obviously that they are young, talented, he knows their personas.
I said before, it’s not really even scouting. Still could pay off, they have played champions league football though it’s questionable whether even the group stages of that has the same quality as the premier league.

I can't see the problem with signing players you know and trust. If I have an issue it's the fact quite a few foreigners take a season to settle into the PL, our signings so far and the one's in the pipeline are obviously from abroad, I'd liked to have had a couple with a bit of PL experience added to the ranks.
this… though the caveat for marsch is it can take players a while to ‘get’ his system so even PL based players would likely take a while to click… signing players who’ve played for him probably helps acclimatisation

I’m just concerned, like you I question the scouting and what has Orta been doing if this is all Jesse requests? Are they really the best we can do for the money or is there much better out there. I’ll obviously give them all a chance but I’m definitely more than a little concerned We’ve not got the other two yet, four in four ex Jesse players
It took a team of average championship players 6 weeks to ‘get’ his (Bielsa) system. We sign a coach who is supposedly like Bielsa but not man to man marking and he has already had virtually half a season with the players. I don’t buy into this taking time excuse
