We'll see alot more squad rotation from Marsch if he is true to his word. The likes of Gyabi, Greenwood, Bate, Summerville might find themselves starting the odd game on merit as he rotates his squad to allow the high energy press to be fresh more often than not.
QPR, Hull, Birmingham, Cardiff and Huddersfield all want to take Tyler Roberts. Yes please but prefer to sell him rather than loan him out. Suggest he goes to the dogz because Carlos Corberan knows him, although guessing he would love to be in Cardiff. Lets face facts all hou Roberts fans, over 100 league games with hardly any return. I can think of a handful of really good performances in 3 seasons. Not good enough and he has no chance of playing ahead of Aaronson, Rodrigo, Roc, Bamford, Gelhardt, Greenwood and anyone else who may land
There is a player in there somewhere. He can play. Hopefully he finds somewhere where it clicks for him and he can put those few good performances in to a more regular thing. It's best for him and us if he moves on. Exactly the same for Shackleton.

In principal ideally he goes, does well and pumps his price up, or… who knows … he does really well and looks worth keeping Only caveat to that is his contract length… he has two years left, so after loan period he’d only have a year left and reduce his value. So there’s an argument to either add a year to contract ( that would go down well on here!) or sell him now.
I don't know what he would be worth if we sold him but if we can get a couple of decent loan fees over the next two seasons then it doesn't really matter on a 5 million player. I dunno? We paid Arsenal a small fortune for Nketiah. Think we paid a couple of million a year for Harrison.
Since signing in Jan 2018 Tyler Roberts has played the equivalent of 58 league games for us in terms of minutes played (5275). Too many injuries and being used from the bench has meant his career is stagnating and it's not hard to understand why when he averages only 16 games (90 mins) per season during his time with us. To be fair Bielsa tried his best to advance him as a player and there must have been valid reasons for him to do that but the time has come when he needs to be a starter and get a full season under his belt which won't happen under Jesse and rightly so. With 2 years left on his contract and turning 24 in January we definitely need to do something this summer and Transfermarkt currently value him at £7.2M. Given his age and experience I'd say he's worth every penny of that.
In fairness to him, he’s a centre forward and that’s where he wants to play but never has for us, a bit like the Shackleton situation. I think they both need to go and try and develop in their natural positions. Not every player is able to play two different roles with ease.

For me he has stolen a wage and the only thing going for him is his “diversity job” at the club, his kneeling to black power bollox. Sorry he has added nothing in al, the years hes been here. Yes Bielsa may have seen something in graining but he cannot replicate in a game and never has done. Sorry but he has been everything thats been wrong with our club for a few years. I really really hope he can go on and be great, but just not with us as too many years and opportunities wasted
Everything I’ve read is Camara is a done deal. He wasn’t in their squad for the recent preseason friendly.
you don’t really hope he’ll go and be great though do you doc. As you’ve mentioned in the past, you hate him for the blm and black power thing that you regularly bring up. I don’t give a hoot either way about that. I actually think he’s done a decent job for us at times when played in the am role and led the line ok on the few times he’s played up front. Reality is though that his end product hasn’t been there. That’s undeniable but he always puts in a shift, he didn’t pick the team. It may be that he’s destined to be a player that flatters to deceive in training but doesn’t deliver in matches, it could be that at a lower level he’ll do well. I don’t know. But I hope he goes somewhere where the fans give him a clean slate and he doesn’t have to put up with palpable disappointment when he’s coming on as sub and endless online abuse.
