Didn’t realise Mixu patelienan played for dolly until I watched that Rangers tribute to the goalie. Learn something new everyday as they say and I thought fig Newton was my thing for today. Scenes.

 

Yup and he was great for us (back when I was a real football fan).

I remember when we went 2-0 up against Torino away from home and big Mixu Patelienen (what a ****ing signing, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah) scored a peach of a header.

Unfortunately that prick Stewart McKimmie gave away a stupid free kick just before half time, they scored and went on to win 3-2 in the first leg.

I remember about 20 odd years ago, the place where I was working McKimmie showed up, think he was some sort of salesman or something, he looked an even more arrogant **** close up. Never liked the guy, he thought he was something special. He was no Stuart Kennedy

Although probably Aberdeen's greatest ever player and an absolute legend, Willie Miller is another arrogant prick. I remember, after yet another of his failed restaurants mysteriously went up in flames when in debt, he was lording it up with a bunch of dolly birds in the (R)Soul Bar one of the creditors was in and decked the ****. ****ing right too!!

 

I was in banking at that time and his business accounts were with us. Myself and his business manager were invited to his house out Cults/Beilside way and I got pissed up and feel backwards out his big patio doors. But yeah, he was/is a huge bellend too. Had heaps of interactions with him and only about twice did i come away thinking "Aww you're actually not that bad". Alex McLeish is a top bloke though. Amazing guy.
