Every now and again I play this song for its sheer simplicity, beautiful guitar break and simple heartbreaking lyrics.

"I guess one afternoon you won't cross my mind
And I'll get over you, over time."

I'm not a massive Beatles fan but Steve Wright played this one this afternoon on Radio 2. Hadn't heard it for ages. Enjoyed it...

My Dad had a load of the vinyls and I listened to most of them. I prefer the later stuff tbh. Sgt Pepper's is excellent. I can't get away with there early stuff when they are bopping their heads around in the suits and ties, love me do and those ones aren't my cup of tea tbh.

I have a couple of their vinyls - Sgt. Peppers and the White Album, I also have Rubber Soul which I think is a great album.

Heres one more palatable, Sunderland Band featuring a pre Lennox, Dave Stewart on lead guitar and Nigel Olsens ( Eltons drummer) Brother Kia on vocals

Love this...it's one of my regular youtube watches.
Bet there was some sore sunburn the day after this. I'm sure this was as support to The Rolling Stones.

Good band, always associate them with Steely Dan and Little Feat seemed to hit the right spot at the same time, Great days whenever it was, did King Crimson support the Stones around this time and overshadowed them if I remember correctly.
