Good stuff mate, I guess we are all swapping over our different genres in terms of what we all like through the decades. If it's decent I'll listen to it, is my main saying. Pretty open to most things tbh.

I don't play the guitar Nig but I was never into country music until I heard Jim Messina play.

I'm 40 mate, got most if not all of those you mention. The carpets are class. This is how it feels to be lonely, this is how it feels to be small, this is how it feels when your word means nothing at all.
Could have mentioned Cast, Shed Seven, Sleeper, Supergrass and a load more.
Primal Scream are on bbc2 at glasto now. Bobby banging out Jailbird

    I don't feel young btw <laugh>

Tbh he wasn't one that I got into, but Heroes is brilliant. I love the lyrics and the tune. Really good.

Nirvana have kind of nicked 'the man who sold the world' when the did the unplugged session, but that's also class. :emoticon-0148-yes:

Class. There was a good dozen or so of us who went to the matches back then, and a couple were right into the mod scene. A few are still going strong, collectors of the retro tops on Twitter and stuff.

Love Peter Green, early Fleetwood Mac. Now he was a guitar player.
