What will the headlines read tomorrow "Cup crisis at Ibrox" and then there will be a story about how Martin Bain dropped a tea cup or the canteen ran out of tea cups....really it's the headlines that grab people and once they have you hooked the story is nothing more than a pile of nonsense. I am happy for the papers to continue to write stories about Rangers as it really does distract Celtic fans from what is going on at their own club.

You see that sentence there, that's the biggest pile of ****e I've ever read. There's not one Celtic fan on here (with the possible exception of superhoops) who is not fully aware of how catastrophically ****e we are. We've started threads on the subject. We've discussed ths subject so what is it that makes you think we aren't aware of what's happening at our club? Anyway, whatever is going on at Celtic has no bearing on what's going on at Ibrox. Regardless of who's right or wrong it is still embarrassing when the financial situation at your club has reached this stage. What is there to talk about? How about the fact that Rangers are in such dire financial straits that they do not have enough money to cover the small amount that McIntyre is looking to have set aside. That they even had to use players medals as collateral. That should do for starters.
It's a strange situation Cossy. Some Rangers fans seem to be burying their heads in the sand because they're so far ahead in the league. On the other hand, some Celtic fans are burying their heads in the sand about the state of the team because of what's going on with Rangers. But the situation is potentially much worse at Rangers. It's as if they don't want to talk about it, much like a person who's deep in debt and just keeps ignoring the letters and demands piling up behind his door, in the hope that if he ignores it, it'll go away.
