Hulu instead of Disney for me... On my watchlist with a dozen other shows trying to catch up on. After a year or two scraping the barrel for things to watch, all of a sudden over loaded. Only Murders in the building first season was great.
Anybody watching Halo? On Paramount+ which comes free with Sky Cinema. Only 4eps so far but started pretty promising.
Started watching True Detective as I've never seen it before. McConnaughey and Harrelson superb as ever
2nd was way too confusing, too many characters, too many subplots and dead ends. 3rd was decent but similar to other detective mystery shows.
Just watch season 1 at the moment and stop. It's a self contained story and as others say 2 is ****. You could go straight to 3 though it's a good watch.
Fair enough. Thought that might be the case. Will miss 2 out. Not long until July 12th and the final episodes of BCS
Started Jericho tonight on second episode seems decent, just hope storyline doesn't get the rinse and repeat treatment.
Not to run spoilers but Ozark last season was good but didn't really end.. it felt more like they were setting up for another season than ending the show.
So I am on the final/latest marvel thingy. I have done the timeline thing on Disney from movie 1 and all through everything. I thought A) ant man movie was actually under rated. It was actually decent enough classic Paul rudd ****. B) wandavision is a bit mad but OK C) Dr strange multiverse wasn't that bad as ratings suggested but it was actually a bit basic almost compared to movie 1 graphics. The ending is a botch having watched wandavision. D) avengers infinity wars and end game make a bit more logic going through but the whole girl power scene in end game is even worse and totally unnecessary as the individuals were doing just fine with all lining up and making a thing that actually weakened them. Black panther looked really bad in final scene so looking back the cancer must have been advanced then. Poor lad. E) on black panther, they got one movie out of it as the African hero and that and the rest of the movie cameos were really weak. Overall there's continuity issues where thor ragnarock stands out like a sore thumb as being directed a different way but I love that film for the laughs.
Can't stand it when they rehash story lines to keep a series going,The Walking dead being the epitome of that, stopped watching after about season 5.
Yeah, i think the whole MU thing is completely overdone and overrated, particularly the Avengers stuff. I agree on Ant Man, i actually think its one of the best films as its fun, much like Ragnorok and the Guardians of the Galaxy. These are the only ones really worth watching for me.
