I think that is good business for Arsenal. He hasnt suited City, but at Arsenal I think we will see a very good player. Also good for Brazil and the world cup - I think they are shoe ins...
I agree. At City he could score a hat-trick one game and be on the bench the next. He’ll feature a lot more for Arsenal
Yep. They always miss Hendo. He moves the ball quick, and his first thought, if he's a bit farther forward is to look and see which one of those three to get the ball towards before they are cramped for space. He also bangs the drum for them like no one else there, and players respond. No wonder managers name him captain.
Jesus signing for Arsenal, that's a terrific buy for them, add in they could sign Raphinha from Leeds, and that's a decent summer for them.
I bloody hate the phrasing when it comes to transfers. Why are clubs always preparing or readying offers for players? Just do it man instead of fannying around
Stewart has 2 years left on his contract. He’s going nowhere unless a club pays a high enough figure we’d be silly to turn it down
I reckon the poster is that scout for us who recommended we sign Ibrahimovic on Netflix when we were in the championship.
hendo is always on the move, makes himself available for a pass, moves the ball on and keeps it moving...when not involved he is always looking around, first to see if there is a runner he can set away, second to see what forward pass is on and lastly any side/back pass if nowt else, he covers a lot of ground but as ever, because he is not a 'flair player' he does not get the accolades he is due.
Agree. What makes me chuckle is, after weeks of speculation, bargaining and rumours, a club finally signs the player everyone and his dogs knows they have been trying for and the news media announce in bold headlines: so and so SWOOPS for such and such a player. That is not swooping. Swooping is Alan Brown waiting for Brian Clough to get off an airoplane and gets him to sign before he even reclaims his luggage, without a paper or supporter having an inckling.
