I remember the commentator for the Brentford game, saying that we had a never lost when wearing it.

From what I can remember, we wore it away at Newcastle (1-1), away at Brighton (0-0), away at Watford (0-3) and away at Brentford (1-2)

Of course in my younger days, I had to start compiling my Christmas list in February, because it took a long time to carve the letters on stone tablets :)

Whilst we are all remini remembering stuff, whilst not strictly Leeds related, I was at my folks on Sunday, and was clearing our their loft, because they were going to have it relagged, and I came across this.

Remember buying it after seeing an advert in SHOOT magazine in the mid 70's, had hours of fun during the winter months when it was too dark to be outside

That's the one I was on about, albeit that is the more modern version of the one we wore in the 1930's

Don’t remember that game Aski but do remember playing Subbuteo by candlelight during the power cuts.

Come to think of it…strikes, possible energy shortages, militant unions…sounds like we’ve gone back to the 70s <laugh> it’ll be sock tags and smiley badges next

Also Essex, because I know you are sat there, thinking why did Aski not give me the full breakdown here you go :)

Of the 19 games we played away from home in the league last season, we wore the white home kit 9 times, the blue kit 6 times and the lilac kit 4 times.

When we played in white, we won 3 games away but lost 6

When we played in blue, we drew 2 games away and lost 4

When we played in lilac we won 2 and drew 2

Thus when wearing the white kit away we gained 33% of the total points possible

The blue kit we gained 11% of total points possible

The lilac kit we gained 66% of total points possible

40% of our away wins were achieved whilst wearing lilac

Of the total points available of 57, we gained 15% in the white kit, 14% in the lilac kit and 3.5% in the blue kit for a total return of 33%
