Well in total it cost him to buy In and % fund was 2.3. So yes he has made a few quid, he should have kept his gob shut
I know I get slated for being his pal. But Sunderland got under his skin. He regrets his meeting with the RAWA and losing it the lad probed and probed till he snapped
We've all had mates who've pulled some daft stunt or another ... ... doesn't mean we should turn our backs and drop them.
We're all human and even the strongest of us having a breaking point. Maybe the club did get under his skin, but it's what's under his fingernails that he'll be remembered for.
Those slating you aren't worth giving a second thought. I still think he wanted to do well as it was a chance to get into the higher levels of football and make money on turning us around. Unfortunately for us and him he seemed to be lead by heart not head and didn't understand the microscopic world and size of interest from a very intrusive and savvy fanbase. Trying to get close to the fanbase isn't a good strategy
Very well put, your opinion is welcome. My opinion might differ from yours but doesn't mean it right, it just my opinion.
Would love to have seen them, even only two songs! The lead singer, Phil Anselmo, has had his controversies in relation to his apparent racist views, which he denies, but I'm not surprised by your story on that basis. Great tunes though, really powerful. hottest property in rock/metal for a couple of years when they broke out. Marred by tragedy; singer died and was brought back to life following a heroin overdose, the guitarist was shot dead on stage by a "fan" and his brother, the drummer, died of a heart attack a few years back too.
Nooooooo Fuuuuuuture, Noooooooo Fuuuuuuture..... (There's nee birds with their wabs out in that video btw )
No one shuts down this thread, what a journey it’s been. From FPP to Willy Storey to Furhman. Tracking trains, planes and automobiles.
