Same as Phillips then tbf. He tends to either switch off or appear too casual at vital times which proves costly and undoes all his good work.
Would seem to be a bargain really having Roc and Adams for exactly half of the £50m we expect to get for Kalvin. Whats not to like
I dispute that and after not having Phillips for a whole season snd the mess he made in his last England game? Truth is we dont know how good Adams and Roc will be in this league, but theres no way our club can out and spend £30m on one DM never mind 2. If we get minimum £50m for Phillips Im happy
Saw that myself. I though they were going for Dean Henderson. If we're still going for a keeper I wonder who it is as Sam Johnstone is off to Palace
I've had a look out of curiosity and yeah he is. If they stay up hopefully for his sake they sign him on a permanent, he deserves better than to be De Gea's no2 his whole career.
Arsenal has put in a formal bid in for Raph that falls way short of the valuation. We've already rejected it out of hand.
1) He's gonna shine in that league but his career is going to stagnate in such a weak league. 2) That puts the top 2 players on the list as Noa Lang and Adama Traore. Let's see if Lang joins AC Milan
Lang, I know nothing about. Traore, I watched a lot of his barca games as we were linked to him, just NO.
I think Raphinha will go and then we’ll bring in Lang for about 30m. Sell him PL football and what’s happened/happening to Phillips/Raphinha as another selling point. Also Orta really wanted him. He also plays LW or one of the 10s in the Marsch system and I think he might go with Harrison as a LB/LWB and then Aaronson can play as a 10 on the right side.
Lang seems to be a bit of an enigma. It seems unless you're clued up on Belgian football you seems to be in the dark about him. The guy from Bordeaux has more of a reputation about him
Harrison might be an interesting one to watch. There's a few clubs keeping an eye on him. It depends where he sees his future. If the right bid comes in then he could go. He's supposedly said he's fine with leaving.
