Ah, the 100 Club. Sometimes I think I've been there, other times I'm not so sure. If I was there it was certainly to see Eddie and the Hot Rods. On the other hand I don't remember anything about the gig (other than it was at the 100 Club), so maybe I wasn't there. Is this the first sign of.... something? Edit: Bollox, it's even worse than I thought. I've now remembered that its the Marquee that I'm not sure I've been to. I certainly haven't been to the 100 Club. I have been to some places though.

Just got back from the gig. We got invited to the after show party, which was lots of fun...but getting south of the river was a ****ing nightmare. Pussycat & The Dirty Johnsons were superb. We got to have along chat with all 3 members, who were really lovely. They were worth the ticket price on their own. Teenage Werewolves were lots of fun, The drummer had 4 days to learn the set and coped pretty bloody well. Had a long chat with 'Poison Ivy' about 'My Chemical Romance' and the recent gigs. Great people....lots of fun. Goodnight from me...I've got to be up in less than 4 hours!

Brian was kind enough to post me a pic of him dressed in his fine outfit from the other night and it got me thinking perhaps the music thread could take a new sub direction with posts under the banner "Really couldn't give a **** what anybody thinks of me!" I'm sure there's plenty of posters on here that have got the odd pic with a musical connection that would fit that criteria! It was only flour and water but when we got to the venue the security weren't allowing anything in so it just became a free for all with everyone outside so we all just ended up covered in **** before we even got into the place! For those who never had the pleasure of the King Kurt live experience here's a little taster!

The teeth are a real problem. Mostly people end up looking a bit daft...like Mrs B's brother in law on the left, who looks like some slant eyed gopher. I couldn't be arsed frankly...but to count towards the Guinness Book of Records attempt, you had to have fangs. So fangs it was....
