recovery is so important in modern sport. if he wants to spend his summer on a beach, as long as he's not going crazy with his weight, fair play to him

I don't for one second think the others are doing more than 30-40 mins a day exercise before spending the rest of the day doing what he is. and he may well be doing the same.

 

Yeah I know who he means mate, just me thinking I’m funny with a play on his post.

 

Who was the journo I can't for life of me remember his name. I can picture his face.

He used to get on when Oliver Holt, Brian woolnough, Martin Samuels and that lot were on. Its going to bug me now.
