I'm minded to remind you that you lost twice to Battersea rescue material last season and finished well below them.

So enjoy your Midlands Top dogs status Flossy

If ever there was an apt description of small club mentality, you've just nailed it <laugh>

“They’ve spoken to the player’s camp at length; Leicester are accepting that the player is going now. He’s got a lot of interest from around the world, but I think he fancies a move to London. He’s ready for this, he’s long had Arsenal in his sights, Tielemans, and I think he ticks a lot of boxes for Arsenal.”

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, “new contacts” between Arsenal and Leicester will “take place soon” as the north London side look to put their transfer plans into action. A fee of around £25m has already been reported - a fee heavily reduced because of the short time he has left on his contract.

@FosseFilberto it's never going to happen though is it ?

Chill Ponky... why so vexed?... just be grateful that the Hammers had the distraction of European footie necessitating them putting the rezzies out in a few PL games ... if not for that you'd have been vying with Brentford for the title of London's smallest PL pooch <laugh>

Who knows mate ... quotes from the player himself say "...why change for the sake of change?" so I suspect he really wants more than a sideways move ... but you never can tell... perhaps Romano is his uncle? <laugh>

Quotes from the players also say

But David Ornstein and Fabrizio Romano obvs haven't got the incredible journalistic skills of Flossy Flapperto as he's said on several occasions that there's no way he'll be joining Arsenal. :)

    <laugh> you wish ...

PS you and Ponks fail to mention that Romano also states that other clubs are interested. The Times this morning says that one is Spurs ... CL bound Spurs.<cheers>

"That is not out of the question" ... is definite then ... although his next words were. "Or I could stay". <doh>

Lacazette and Aubameyang running their contracts down and jumping for nowt will surely convince Tielemans that the Goons are the journey to be on <laugh>
