Surprised AO'B didn't say the winner was lame and would have won by farther..!! The extent of lameness couldn't have been severe since it wasn't picked up during the race or immediately post race...strange had it been the afore mentioned AO'B everyone would be saying "..typical excuse.." yet when a talented, but undeniably hyped Ox horse, gets turned over and the excuses start,we buy it!! I don't...
BOOOOOOOOM DONAS PALM WHAT A DAY well done Beeforsalmon also who was confident on this one ROTO great shout at Carlisle
Cheers RV I wonder did he jump well for we seen feck all of it BTW in the last Mullins has the odds on favourite whose been backed off the boards but I like the look of A Country Girl to give him a race. Her form is stacking up well and I've can't see her far away. E/W bet at 4s so money back if the jolly obliges.
Beef I know mate was just great to see Donas Palm in front after the last Good luck with A Country Girl was just about to log on paddy power account to back Mullins horse because was 2s earlier but leaving it at the price. Interesting to see Alan Potts have this one in Mullins yard
Can anyone remember when the mares bumper is during the NH season? Is it at doncaster in February? Thought BTS and Nephrite both looked good today, ground maybe a little soft for BTS but i say no excuses with the way race was run although Murtagh gave him an easy enough ride. Be intersting to see what is meant to be wrong with him post race. I think they will both turn out to be top class next year. O'Brien looks to have some good ones for next years classic campaign.
RV- Yeah its unusual for that owner to not call it a 'Sizing' of some shape or from but their probably out of countries / continents by now! First time I've seen him having a horse with anyone other than Hen de Bromhead? Mullins horse very very short price and it'd not be the first newcomer he'll send out odds-on to get a 'gentle introduction'. He'll probably turn out to be a machine though and win hard held (purely because I've opposed it!)
Hardy, there is a listed mares bumper at Sandown around that time if my recollection isn't pickled, normally the day of the Imprerial Cup. Well done ROTO and Beefy on your selections.
