I’m hoping the Minamino links are true and that we can get him through the door, some of the other attackers we are being linked with are not very inspiring, the latest being Alberth Elis although some describe him as a winger, others a striker.

 

According to Transfer Market he's a RWand can play ST as a secondary position.

 

This gives you an idea why Minamino is wanted by lots of clubs. Why Liverpool bought him and only a part of his last season at RBS. His relationship with Haaland, Patson Daka, his work rate, his press…….

Yes Roca seems to be today's story... regular at espanyol... but never held down a regular place at bayern... no shame in that. 25 so good age still. Either co-pivot with KP or his potential replacement?

If Roca is coming, great news, but could it also mean we are preparing for life without Phillips? Mind you this should have been done a year ago, and still think we need another top DM

 

Roca sounds like the player we need. Nice and calm, keep things moving.

 

Are we thinking Roca to play alongside Phillips? Quality signing if so. And then possibly Adams as a Phillips replacement if we get rid? Think this window might end with Phillips going to City for the big bucks which we thought we’d get for Raphinha but instead Raphinha will give us another year due to the Barca stuff and Phillips goes. I don’t think we can lose both this window but if Raphinha wants to stay I actually think Phillips is more replaceable.

 

Transfermakt.com have some great rumours going but no mention of Minamino to go anywhere, yet now have Roca on the upscale at 39% straight in. Brereton-Diaz 49% and falling, Gonzalo Plata at 62% and falling, Alberth Elis 0% but new, Noah Lang 39% and rising
