I've been diagnosed with a rotary cuff injury, it's the type of injury baseball players, tennis players, cricketers, golfers etc get and ****s never get it. Anyone here ever had it and what did you do about it? I've been going to physio for the last 4 weeks, exercising and now using a heat pad but painful this morning.

That’ll take months to settle. Very painful. Ibuprofen is your friend.

Maybe getting yourself a partner of any gender would reduce the repetitive strain injuries from ****ing?

I hurt mine a few years ago, honest it took ages to settle. Did the physio and went for a consultation too. Used to fall asleep on the physios table.

You're supposed to go to the physio sober!

Though seriously I couldn't turn my head at one stage and couldn't sleep, first visit to physio she gave me a massage and needles and it actually worked a bit, could sleep again. On Friday she said it had improved, not sure, still painful stretching or reaching.

I wouldn't bother with the acupuncture: load of nonsense. I had frozen shoulder which meant I couldn't put my arm straight up in the air and was painful, couldn't hardly sleep for it. Spoke to physio on the phone, was during lockdown, and he emailed me a pdf of exercises. Was supposed to do the exercises several times a day but most days forgot but anyway the shoulder improved and was fine after a few months. A guy at work didn't do the physio and his took two years to get back to normal.

Yeah that sounds like me more or less, can reach my shoulder with left arm behind my back and barely get half way with the right arm, concerted effort with the exercises!

Rotator cuff injury is well know injury amongst ****tas.

Have they offered you steroid injections yet?

Also if its a tear it will not heal and it will need an operation.

    No reacharounds <laugh>

No steroids, they'd know if it was a tear, wouldn't they and tell me?

Acupuncture works by generating endorphins. Another option is a visit to your friendly local dominatrix for a sound thrashing.

Normally a scan will tell you if its a tear, I guess they are trying the easy option first.

If it hurts a lot I would pester for a steroid injection

There's actually something in that, read something about our jawbones and teeth changing due to our food being soft and easily chewed, no more legs of t-rex.

Evolution is in reverse now as it’s the least successful: mussies and taigs, knocking out the most kids.

    Darwin was full of ****.

No explanation for the missing link.

Plus the twat believed in God. How can you purport a theory of evolution and believe in an entity that created man?

    Complete ****ing twat basically.
