In terms of a basic sponsor, Fun88 aren't the worst. Amusing posts and decent competitions. The amusing part is the ITK's on Twatter (or KFA's) who were adamant it would be some epic Saudi deal because gambling is outlawed. It's a bit like how we're not really signing Lodi, but instead trying to haggle on price for Targett. I think my expectations came down quite a bit around a week or so ago. If we get better quality than Targett, Tarkowski, etc., then I'll be both delighted and amazed! Nothing wrong with that, just didn't think Eddie was being honest when he said "evolution not revolution". Another season of Wood playing over 20 games it is, then. Sigh.
Gossip saying us and Man U are closest to signing Nunez, yet Skybet completely contradicts this with them having Liverpool at 4/9 to get him and us way down at 22/1. Targett i would favour over Lodi, as Targett fitted straight in, and seems like a no brainer to buy.
He's a good player, but id like two left backs. I don't see any reason why we don't need two unless Lewis is up to it.
Mate Nunez was never going to happen... We're years off that kind of signing I'd say. I'm sure we'll get one or two slightly more exciting signings tha usual much like in January, but I think they'll continue bring in prem proven players that will be seen as underwhelming in the majority of cases. Nunez Diaby Paquetta simply will not be coming here.
