    13,000 sold so far, maybe another 1,000-2,000 before season, 1,000-2,000 on the day and away fans 1,000 to 3,000 so that would 15,000 to 19,000.
    Considering where we finished last season I do not think that is bad. Go well and numbers could easily increase

    Purely from a footballing perspective though I wish Palmer all the best. He did nothing wrong personally and there is certainly a lot of talent in there.
    I was amused by his ‘song’ too <laugh>

    The clearout continues as it should and now it will be interesting to see what new arrivals will appear. Can NP do the business that we have needed for way too long or will the usual apathy return? I believe we will see the difference when the season kicks off but I will hold my final opinion until all business is done and dusted. Good luck Nigel.

    Been a long time coming in my 50 years watching
    @BristolCity
    after Alan Dicks it took a while then Gary Johnson did well as did Steve Cotterill but for me appointing Nigel Pearson a highly respected manager was the best thing to happen -a manager to take us further.-exciting times ahead.
