He's not suggesting that Brexit doesn't mean Brexit, is he?

Hannon, another unelected Johnson Peer who is apparently blaming the Brexit mess on people believing what he told them in 2016....<doh>

This is brilliantly funny. Unfortunately it is also disturbingly accurate as well <laugh>

"The Earl of Wessex has several honorary medals.

He has the Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee medal, Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee medal and Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medal.

He also has the Canadian Forces Decoration, New Zealand Commemorative medal, medal commemorating the Silver Jubilee of the Sultan of Brunei, medal commemorating the Golden Jubilee of the Sultan of Brunei.

Edward also has the Royal Victorian Order Star and Order of the Garter Star which are given by the Queen.

He could also be seen wearing epaulettes on his shoulders with gold braiding which reflects his appointment as an Aide-de-camp to The Queen."

He's a brave brave man, decorated by his Mum.

I wonder how the drones who use the ScumMedia hashtag are responding to enough MPs fearing for their long-term gravy train prospects...

I was refused the Golden Jubilee medal because although I was still serving in 2002, I did not have a 'certificate of efficiency' for that year - not uncommon in the year that someone leaves the forces as I was doing. Point is that it was created for serving members of the armed forces on a certain date, on which I was still serving. The MoD then decided to link that to the efficiency system, which I do not believe was the original intention of the award. After all, had general war been declared on that date do you think they would have said to me, "don't worry you haven't got an efficiency certificate this year so we won't send you". But enough of one of the many chips on my shoulder, I wonder how the Earl of Wessex got one?

If you didn't realise how thick Dorries was before, in her attempts to defend the Great Leader she blurts out how the government's handling of Covid was a disaster to try and discredit Jeremy Hunt

Driving through Abridge this morning I note that the Shell station there is charging £1.91 for a litre. A couple of days ago I filled up at Tesco Waltham Abbey for £1.65. Yet some are arguing that companies are not profiteering? Does Tesco own their own oil refinery? Also there is a wide disparity between different Tescos not too far apart! Some huge prices plus what happened to the 5p tax that the government is not leveling now? We also know that when wholesale prices come down that is not going to get passed on anywhere near as quickly as it should.
