It's plausible. Not likely. But the media sources said 5 weeks until completion a week ago. That's 4 weeks until completion based on those timescales. KLD was announced on the club site 4 weeks before his transaction completed.

I also remember when Nick Barnes confirmed in August 2020 that a party had entered a period of exclusivity with SAFC (which was KLD.) - this didn't get confirmed by the club until December 2021. Christmas eve in fact. I doubt it'll be done before the season starts personally. Think the line was "confidence a deal can be done in 5 weeks." Not that it will.
Asking what the crack is when their is nout else to talk about during the close season is completely different to clutching at any straw to make this all seem more real lol. Every comment doesn't have to be from a place of confrontation big boy.

Regarding the top bit - absolutely. Except Tom White didn’t NEED to say we will hear names within a few days, but he did. Which must mean he’s pretty confident something will be happening that allows that to happen in a few days.
Did he say we'd find out exactly who they are, and their names, or did he just sat that more info on the buyers would be revealed in the coming days? I think it was the latter. That may be anything from a name, to the country they're from. I'm expecting very little before the season has started but would love to be wrong - hence the keen attitude to get news.
I understand what you mean. My point is he wouldn’t have suggested anything would happen in a few days unless something was close to coming out.
TBF this is a different situation altogether. It's two people selling a minority shareholding. The chairman remains. There's no takeover and the EFL fit & proper test may be complete or being finalised. It may not even be needed.

It is concerning that there is all this noise, Tom White, and all the ITK'S on here however nobody has a scoobie who the people are. Are we being led up the garden path?
It obviously is, not the same situation at all. Donald and Methven relinquished control, KLD won't be. His position may even be strengthened.
