A senior Government advisor has warned 'political correctness' and fear of being seen as racist is stopping officials reporting potential threats. Dame Sara Khan, the independent advisor for social cohesion, said there is a 'genuine fear' of being called racist that was preventing people from getting in touch with the authorities over potential terrorism.
