Dunno who these fresh faced newcomers are but this Anderson and Broad opening partnership could be worth pursuing.

Just a pity no-one had noticed them this winter, we might not have been so ****ing abject.

Just shows ya what a change of mindset does .. only travesty was leaving Silverwood and Root at the helm for so long, both far to negative. This Potts looks tasty as well, having a great game so far

I'm off to Holland in a couple of weeks to watch England, (I know, but I've already paid). Barmy Army are telling me that fully vaccinated travellers need to have a -ve pcr test to gain entry, I don't believe that's the case.
Has anybody been to Holland from the UK in the last few weeks? If so what are the rules?

I'm away to Germany for work in a couple of weeks, traveling through Holland.

Just need a full vaccine certificate from the NHS app as I understand it.

Did North Sea Ferries Hull to Rotterdam a couple of weeks ago, no checks for vaccinations at either side. Certainly no covid test at the terminal like there was in early March.

Probably just the BA covering themselves. I know there was a bit if chaos during the WI tour with various tour groups and covid. A few positives before the flights from Antigua to Barbados, although **** knows how as you needed to be negative to get into Antigua for the first Test.

Turns out BA had sent out a further email correcting the position, my mate who did the booking just hadn't told me, **** him!

I enjoyed listening to TMS until about tea. England on top, commentators on top form, beautiful weather and I was just pottering about doing not a lot.

Brought back to reality after that though with a vengeance.

    Stokes out.

Can't see NZ batting that badly again. Big opportunity missed imo

They're not even decent T20 or 50-over scores!

NZ World test champions for a reason mate, write them off at your peril. We on the other hand have a very fragile batting line up.

I never write them off, but some very poor shots from both sides, however, the pitch certainly favoured the bowlers.

Apparently Matt Parkinson is the first English leggie to bowl in a Lord's test since Ian Salisbury in 1996. Barely believable!
