Any of you lads into tapas style dining? I love it. My favourite elements are- - Nocellara Olives - Brasaola cured beef - Picante Chorizo - Manchego Cheese - Gruyère cheese I can literally plate some of that up in 5 mins and it goes really well with a glass or two of Amerone.
