The home strip looks questionable, castore logo off center and so is the nufc on the back too. Pics are probably of the knock offs ha ha
In order of probability Visit Al Ula - (Allegedly agreed months ago) Aramco - (Execs have been to SJP but could be for anything) Saudi Golf - (MD's the CEO and obviously looking for huge exposure) Saudia - (Rumours of a partnership with NCL) However PIF are still looking to set their own airline up from scratch
22nd. Should be easy enough to negotiate a refund of £7.50 for them then announce new shirts and sponsors
I just can't see it for a number of reasons. 1) That Fun88 deal ended last year and was a last minute extension due to PL ****ing about with takeover. 2) Regardless of how many of those away shirts get sold here it will be dwarfed by the amount sold in Saudi (My View not necessarily fact) 3) Can't see them releasing that away kit which is obviously to boost sales in MENA having a gambling company on them. 4) When Castore had leaked pics of Wolves, Rangers and Aston Villa shirts - All of them had sponsors on (Think they've all been confirmed) yet ours didn't. Now, I may be wrong, I just don't see it...... But.....If I had to put money on the sponsor a week or 2 ago it would have been a tourism sponsor I would have gone with first. Aramco 2nd and Saudia last.
Strong links with them, but when you consider PIF are a long way down the planning process of starting their own airline why would they go and let, what would be their main competitor, sponsor NUFC? That's my only issue with the Saudia links. Again, Mehrdad posting pics of nothing but Aramco signs at the weekend???? Was a bit strange. We shall soon see.
A way to circumvent the scrutiny of the PL? But look we’re sponsored by a pif rival, we went with the best deal
Tbh I don’t give a crap who sponsored us. I doubt I’ll ever fly on a Saudi airline. I doubt I’ll play golf in this country let alone in Saudi. I don’t even know or care what Aramaco do or sell. I never used wonga or fun88. Drink newcy brown occasionally but that was nothing to do with their sponsorship
