More info please, have they addressed Zero Hour Contracts, is the pay rise in keeping with the minimum wage or the living wage. What about under 23s, or is everyone an apprentice/trainee.

My understanding is that a lot, if not all, staff have had significant pay increases to address the historic absence of pay increases under Ashley. Ashley took advantage of a lot of staff also loving working for the Club and, therefore, their reluctance to leave.
