My Dad passed a few years ago mid Ashley time but he saw the 13-0 Three FA cup wins and the Fairs Cup so he’d be happy to see me finally having a chance of seeing something good up here.

 

Sorry to hear that fella, but pleased he saw the Toon win something.

With a bit of time we might too now.

It must be worst for any toon fan born in 1970.

Over 50 and been alive for no trophies.

Hold on a second. Are you forgetting the renowned Anglo Italian Cup? Twice winners, IIRC, in the 1970's.

Thing is a monster, I hear its going to be used as the primary stilt when we swivel the stadium.

 

I was 7 for the Fairs Cup win.

 

Anglo Italian Cup and Texaco Cup twice. Heady days. Nothing since apart from our glorious Intertoto Cup victory.
