they have 'watered down' quite a lot in recent years but most goes under the radar (by a strange coincidence it usually happens around the same time there is some kind of disaster to take up the media, such as the greenfell fire, covid has kept a few things hidden as well i dare say) yet people still get all surprised and upset when some self preserving article actually leaks out.
