I think you're right. I only realised while watching that he has to satisfy every condition in the jurors' minds but she only has to satisfy one. It's stacked in her favour.
I'm not sure she will get many film offers going forward. Depp won't be getting the big money he used to but he will be back earning again.
I'd never heard of her before tbh. From the summing up it looked like she's very needy and completely unstable. If she wins, I can see her doing the rounds on tv, selling interviews and bcos she's batshit crazy it'll all be to throw dirt at him knowing he can't do anything about it.
