It seems that Barcelona are taking the piss with the price so the more takers the higher we can drive the price up.
Wouldn't be surprised if this is just to save face on Barca's point. They probably can't afford his wages and realise that they need to be rid of a few players. I wouldn't be surprised if they come back with cash plus players. They've offered Dest to Man Utd and we're supposedly interested in him and we're supposedly interested in Ruqui as well. Wouldn't be surprised if those 2 get thrown in to an offer as well.
West Ham are now interested in Harrison. I say let there be a bidding war. We might get some right money off this one.
Pedro Almedia (Portuguese transfer expert) says Barca will send a formal bid of £29 million for Raph. I do hope there are some extras added on to that
If not that’s actually insane, why do they even think this is a reasonable offer? Very talented player that produces and starts for Brazil. It’s actually embarrassing. Like going into a Porsche shop and offering to buy the latest model for 5k
I reckon finances has a lot to do with it. If they are a billion in debt there's no way they could get the £60 to £80 million he's worth. They'll have to sweeten the deal.

The Mirror and The Mail are claiming that Man City are leading the race to sign Phillips with the player being interested in the move
