As they've got a gun lobby, they could let them keep the guns, but ban bullets, as they don't have a bullet lobby. After all, they've managed to ban the lead in paint because it's dangerous, so maybe the same logic could be applied.
The gun toting loons would probably lose the lead in their pencils if you banned the lead in their guns.
The basis for the ruling that they're allowed guns is so that they can form an armed militia against a corrupt Government. It was set in the days of the flintlock and cannon balls. I'm not convinced even their best gun will help them last long against an army tank and missiles.
There's been some decent eye candy, and some hoofing bits from the legal bods. Heard's team are laughable. One of them objected to his own question, the judge had to help another on how to word her question.
I know we don’t do politics but as Partygate surfaces wife reminded me that her father went into hospital suddenly and we couldn’t visit him in that time . He unfortunately passed away there again suddenly and unexpectedly - she’s struggling to grieve still and is very angry . Sorry it’s not about sympathy it’s the hypocrisy and arrogance of these people to think it was acceptable - bas****s
If it wasn't 'news' at all. Why the rush to get the press release out and the necessity to put it out on the BBC as such, without checking ?
Have you seen some of their 'experts'? Depps crew roled out a proper pleasing on the eye, well spoken forensic psychologist that answered clearly and calmly. In response, Heard's lot rolled out what appeared to be Doc from Back to the Future having some sort of psychotic episode, claiming he'd never met Depp but analysed his psychological profile based on watching his Pirate films. Then Heard has Elaine mumbling and fumbling, Depp has Camille. v v
Doc from Back To The Future was utterly bizarre. Elaine only has one question 'are you just here for your fifteen minutes of fame'.
I'd never heard [sic] of Heard, and I've no interest in Hollywood, but it's quite compulsive viewing for the legal **** ups and performances, despite me wondering how it's even in a Court. I think both are at best failing to tell the truth, and I'm not really sure how he can claim he's not a wife beater, when he lost the UK Court Case, but no matter what the outcome, Heard has come across as not a very nice person, and an absolutely piss poor actress. I reckon Depp will get some good publicity and additional work out of this, even if they don't find in his favour. From his his staff and friends testimonies, he comes across as a warm and generous bloke. "Is it true Mr Depp gave you gifts...$8,500?"..."$8,500?...No...He gave me loads more than that". I doubt Elaine will get asked to defend a parking ticket after her performance.
I didn't know who she was, other than that she was married to Depp. Regardless of the actual verdict, I think it's fairly obvious that his popularity has increased and she's become unemployable.
Same here, I've never heard of her and tbh I only know Depp due to that Pirate film which was OK. Especially when Keef was in it as his Dad. They missed a trick there, there should have been a part where he played guitar.
