We will be the best supported team in the championship by about 10,000 a game, have the best stadium for starters, Alex will get in the right players and won't settle for mid table. and no Soton or Plymouth trips, possible Huddersfield/nott f, sheff u, Wigan, Hull, Burnley, rotherham, Preston, blackburn and of course the Boro so some canny trips next season.
Didn't read as slighting us to me - but it was hardly red hot news either. It was stating the obvious just to make a news story for people who don't follow Sunderland closely and for fans of other clubs, but even for fans it was nice to have in one place a reminder of who was on loan and who had a contract ending. At the end of the day I acknowledge that somehow they have to create stories to fill column inches.
