To be fair that's exactly how Klopp built Liverpool, 1 or 2 key signings each window till they became a force to be reckoned with. Doing it that way stops the accusations of buying the title which will inevitably come our way.

If Saudia are not the main shirt sponsor then I would expect a partnership of some sort to be announced once planning permission goes in for Newcastle airport as part of PIF's external investments into the region.
