    1. I’m an 85 year old fart and I’ve got tears in me eyes. Bloody ridiculous! Wish I could celebrate like I used to.I got 4 33cl bottles of Heineken in for the match. I’ve drunk 2 and saving the others for tonight. For those of you who can celebrate get the bottles out, or even better get into town and let it go! Today will soon be gone, tomorrow is the day after, and the day after that who knows where we’ll be… So grab the moment (not that any of you need telling!) . Happy times lads and lasses!

I reckon having VAR involved and a Premier League ref played on their normal game plan.

Yes, quite a good sign in the lads is that. He did a good job with a lot of the players .

But rungs on a ladder and all that.

Neil has been very impressive indeed. We knew about him, but 18 (?) games unbeaten, winning most of them, getting tactical game changes repeatedly right, doing it under pressure and taking the tension from the players in big matches are all signs of serious managerial quality .

Maybe we have got this guy at just the right time. Maybe he has got us.

Well done everyone. I'm a very happy chappy tonight. It was our turn after all!

Can I just say how good Patterson was, yes embleton and Stewart will get the glory but the young keeper done brilliant. Came for and got everything he needed to get and took it all in his stride

The thing I didn't dare hope for actually happened -

Dominate at the start and score rather than regret it later.

Survive the inevitable pressure in the second half.

Score a second to allow us to sing our way through injury time without the usual stress!!

    - Ha'way me bonnie lads!!!

This, however we would have seen more heavy defeats imo. Neil came in and made us solid

You're not the only one to shed tears mate. Both me and the missus shed a few when Stewart scored and towards the end of the match in injury time, I was calm and **** with an big grin and she was shedding them again saying how excited she was that we were going up - which is not too bad cos she couldn't stand football before we got married!

anything i was going to say will have been said already i guess.

WW actually showed if they lose the 'nasty' side of their play they can knock it about a bit but also showed why they use the dirty tricks.

pritchard deserved his MotM, it is a joy to watch his passing at times even when it does not come off, other than that a solid performance that offered them very little while still being the most dangerous in attack.

at last we get back to the championship and those fans showed the viewers exactly why we need to be back in the premier so job maybe half done i dare say.

oh and for the final time this season, cheers again RTB...

Johnson wouldn’t have got us promoted but I do think we have a lot to thank him for. He helped create this team and spirit.

we have the best manager now though

Patterson, Batth, Evans, Stewart and Pritchard all outstanding.

The rest all very good. Not a bad performance amongst them. Very proud.

honestly it feels like Batth was signed for this very game.
