oh i forget all games end of season are on a sunday. Too used to everything being on saturday and haven't checked the schedule. Oh man, I ****ing love HK. Bet it's changed somewhat since I was last there, which is sixteen years now I think if it. Favourite city in the world I've ever been, pipping New York for the title. Love it. Bit too Chinese now though, probs.
Have said nothing but our oldest dog was wiped out/bitten by a young labrador on Wednesday in the park. Knocked her into a tree at pace. Shattered her hip, huge fracture, which is already arthritic. Was touch and go for a day or so but today she was operated on, and thankfully the hip bone was dense enough to take the pins and plate. She's now out sedation and, hopefully, on the road to recovery. Probs disabled of sorts from now but not put down, which would have been absolutely devastating. So, the Poretti's are on me!
Hopefully she still keeps a fair bit of mobility so she can still go out for walks with you . Remember my last Collie ,Shep , being really weak at his hips and pretty much blind but he still wanted to go for a walk and used to walk between my back wheels and would just headbutt me in the back every time i stopped which was his signal to stop. Wonderful dog and much missed .
Did a walk yesterday, came across this dog going mental at a bloke on a bike, woman comes up, 'sorry, he doesn't like bikes' bloke ' this is a mixed bike/walk trail, you must see cyclists every minute or so, best keep it on a lead then' ' he doesn't like being on a lead, ' take it somewhere ****ing else then'
Yeah, it's not good. These people are actually neighbours as well. The bloke takes the dogs round in the morning to **** in the street, sometimes 'doesn't see' this as well. He's a ****. They haven't bothered to ask how she is.
Quite like that one. And the 5am saint something or other. Not a big fan of Punk ipa. Can have a couple, but beyond that it makes my teeth and gums feel like they're going to stick together!
My big old Touareg is up for sale. Pains me to do it, coz it's a ****ing lovely car. But £645 per year tax and 25mpg means I'm putting nearly £100 per week in diesel in it. So it's got to go.
