Now they're talking about bringing back paying for the year up front, Mrs Two will probably buy mine as a Christmas present, the rotten git!
No wonder you're fine with the new prices then. Your poor Dad on the other hand..! When I went over and bought a season ticket I bought it myself, and when I travel again early next year I'll manage to buy the tickets myself and won't kick up a stink about the prices. In the mean time if they increased iFollow by 5 quid a month I'd be quite happy to pay that if it was going towards improving the quality of the service (instant replays for instance would be brill).
Interesting that most are squabbling over the price, I think the bigger issue is splitting the home support by having the away fans in the N E corner, prime spot for the TV viewer.
No mind reading needed when he's asking about the price of iFollow. Nice of you to speak on his behalf though. By the way I did answer the question.
The phone booth must be empty - he's started an interminable argument yet again. Yawn indeed. Needy bore.
The atmosphere has only really just recovered from the last ill-informed evictions, but I don't think the attendances have, as people that felt they were not respected or listened to when they pointed out the folly of it voted with their feet, and ended up finding life away from Kcom. I think this may get masked initially with the free kids bit, but I can see the same again happening. I hope I'm wrong, and I hope my fears about which fans he's listening to are unfounded, but I'm not optimistic, even though I suspect some of the more vociferous supporters for the 'zoo' stopped going after the move flopped.
For Christ’s sake, it’s a fiver a month more. The price of a fancy pint. With the increase it’s still cheap and there’s cheaper options still if you simply can’t afford the increase. I’m annoyed I’m going to have to move, especially as if I want to stand I’m going to have to go to the god awful North stand, but some people need a serious reality check about the prices.
I'm not bothered about price , moving fans AGAIN is a much bigger issue home fans in the North was a complete failure last time in terms of any kind of atmosphere or support for the team
I doubt the new hierarchy are just making blind decisions I’m sure they’re aware of the history of moving fans in the past I’m sure they’re aware that the more vocal fans will be split and the TV camera views I’m sure they’re aware people will need to pay extra They’ve obviously considered this and still done it anyway so there must be a reason for it
Makes me concerned about your mental state then given some of the comments you've directed my way the past few months. But at least you seem a self-aware piece of **** judging by your response earlier.
Some common sense. Ignoring the hypothetical families of seven adults and focusing on the reality of what the price increase actually means would be a good start in tempering any outrage.
